I noticed that Finnish translation in the game is pretty bad. It has lots of spelling errors and such.
So I'd want to fix that translation by joining the Finnish translation group (which doesn't exist yet ).

I'd like to help with the Spanish translation. I know it's pretty much finished, but there are some parts I think it would be worth revising.

PNogueh, what do you think is worth revising? The Spanish subtitles are not only finished - they have been included in the mod already, and the ones posted here are way, way outdated.

While I'm doing translation in Chinese solo, I found that a group of people in China has teamed up on the progress, so I decided to join them and it may make things faster.
Their team name is A.C. Alliance China.
I've told their project lead to join the forum later.

And if possible, would you kindly add Simplified Chinese to the list on Black Mesa official forums?

Well, seeing as the latest Romanian subforum post was made in mid 2010, I'm guessing the respective translator isn't active anymore. So, if possible, I'd really like to take the position and deal with its precinct and whatnot. I'm also an official Steam Translator, fact which unequivocally evinces that I'd do a great job as a moderator.

For the progress, contact the other people who are working on it. And the only tool for translating is Notepad, although you can also use Notepad++.

Hey, i'd like to help somehow, i'm brazilian, but i speak english since 11 years old, and i play Half-Life since i was 5!
If there's any room left in the brazilian portuguese team, please let me know!
I can act as a corrector, i'll fix all the spelling problems i find, and of course, i can also act as a translator if you want!
